As the company name suggests, whilst we are happy to service all clients in all situations, we are specialists in high risk environments.
All staff are fully qualified and certified to deal with Flood, Sewage and Mould events.
Additionally we are qualified in all aspects of Forensic Cleaning; From Unattended Deaths, Trauma and Drug Contaminations.
Complimenting our restoration qualifications we are also trained and certified, to take and analyse environmental samples to identify levels of bacterial, mould and illicit drug contamination. (Typically we have first analysis results with in the hour)
Our Operations are supported by Our Registered Nurse, who is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Emergency Nursing, with additional accreditation in Triage, Resuscitation and Infection Control.
We are Uniquely positioned to respond quickly to events to assess clients and environments, ensuring restoration and remediation works are conducted sympathetically with a clients health needs.

- Our focus is on completing a restoration project in a timely and cost efficient manner whilst considering the potential health complications & risks to the client.
- We operate around the clock and aim to have technicians on-
site within hours of an event. - When dealing with at risk clients, we will typically have a preliminary assessment within an hour of attendance, identifying the need for environmental controls, a need (or not) for alternate accommodation and the best way forward with the project.

Deb is a Registered Nurse with 32 Years Experience. Prior roles include, Assistant Director of Nursing and Associate Nurse Unit Manager (Emergency). To stay current with emerging trends in patient care, Deb remains on staff at a Metropolitan Hospital in a relief capacity.
Deb, is formally qualified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Emergency Nursing with further accreditation in Triage (Patient Assessment) Resuscitation and Infection Control.
Along with her Nursing qualifications, Deb also holds qualifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Forensic Operations, Methamphetamine testing and decontamination and is certified to take and analyse mould and bacterial samples using the Mycometer Rapid Analysis System
Paul is a Restoration Specialist with many years experience in Restoration and Restorative Cleaning.
An Electronics technician by trade with 15 years Law Enforcement experience behind him, Paul brings a unique mix of skills to Restoration.
Paul is extensively qualified in all aspects of restoration with qualifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Forensic Operations, Methamphetamine testing and decontamination and is certified to take and analyse mould and bacterial samples using the Mycometer Rapid Analysis System
Paul is passionate about restoration and currently serves on the board of SCRIA (Specialist Cleaning and Restoration Industry Association)

In an unregulated industry full of charlatans and snake oil salesman, to protect homes and workplaces we operate in accordance with the principles of the IICRC S520 Standard.
This is the only Mould Remediation standard with International recognition.
With our Qualifications, Experience and Equipment we can scientifically assess a property for Mould Contamination and within an hour or two of first attendance we can develop and implement a fact based remediation strategy.
