Currently in Australia, there are no laws or regulations controlling the remediation (cleaning) of methamphetamine affected properties. Nor are there any licensing requirements or mandatory qualifications for a person or a business to call themselves or to conduct business as a Methamphetamine Remediator or Tester.

There is however a recognised maximum contamination level of 0.5ug per 100 cm2

As a professional remediation company all our staff have completed studies and are qualified as Bio Recovery Technicians, Forensic Operators, Applied Microbial Remediation Technicians, Meth Remediation Technicians and Meth Testing Technicians.

We follow the standards and guidelines as published by the Australian Crime Commission, Standards New Zealand and the US EPA.

These documents can be downloaded below.

In addition we also follow the principles of the IICRC S540 and the RIA Forensic Operators Guidelines.

These Documents can be purchased from the respective organisations.
